Purpose: The position of the Manager Order Fulfillment Process & Analysis is responsible for business process, analysis and IT development for SCM NAM Order Fulfillment (Wholesale only). In addition, this position is responsible for representing the interests of Order Fulfillment in projects, system and process changes.

The role aims to support the OF goal of optimizing the end-to-end Order Fulfillment process and ensure OTIF targets are being met. Coordinate supply availability to ensure optimized order book coverage and achieve inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own process and related system documentation for Order Fulfillment ensuring this is maintained
  • Planning and coordination of system testing for Order Fulfillment, including assessing scenarios and test script requirements
  • Ownership of Order Fulfillment network and batch jobs
  • Provide detailed KPI metrics to measure Order Fulfillment performance
  • Produce a monthly Order Fulfillment Dashboard as a high-level overview to supplement KPI reports and to share with senior management
  • Set up and provide shared operational reporting to ensure optimal quality of data
  • Support development of new reporting through Micro Strategy (acting as Power User), together with Supply Chain Development team
  • Work cross functionally with other SCM BPMs/teams to ensure that projects and initiatives are supported and delivered successfully
  • Manage Order Fulfillment business requirements together with CoE SCM and GIT to provide process and systems solutions
  • Maintain cross-functional, process oriented thinking and continuous improvement of Order Fulfillment processes
  • Ensure alignment of Order Fulfillment processes for all brands, markets and across DCs
  • Act as a final point of contact for the OF team regarding system queries, before issues are addressed to GIT

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain, understanding the mechanics of the material, information and financial flow from sourcing to customer

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 4 – 6 years working experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • 2 years of Project Management experience in international teams
  • Strong SAP know-how (SD and MM)
