Summary:

Under Armour is seeking a Coordinator, Influencer Marketing for our growing Global Consumer Engagement group. This role will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and growing the brand’s relationships with influencers and tastemakers in support of brand marketing categories and the greater global influencer marketing strategy.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate high performer who thrives in fast paced environments.  You must have an appetite for understanding the digital landscape as well as the nuanced facets that make up sport culture, and the tastemakers that help shape it.  As a relatively new group within Under Armour, we’re looking to add talent that can help further define the culture we’re creating… consumer-centric, intellectually curious, and always innovating.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and pop culture, social media, content creation, and a desire to drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Influencer marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive against brand marketing influencer initiatives.
  • Discover influencer talent that align to brand marketing strategies.
  • Manage influencer talent communications, product fulfillment, and day-to-day service  to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Partner with Category Content Strategists to map influencer content against category editorial plans.
  • Partner with Category Content Strategist to participate in tactical ideation and execution for influencer activations.
  • Work with regional marketing partners to plan and deliver against seasonal influencer content needs and advise on any local content creation.
  • Track influencer performance against defined KPI’s and evaluate the impact of our work, providing actionable insights for the future to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media (agency or client side).
  • Understanding of digital landscape, media, trends and online consumer behavior.
  • Pro-active in pursuing new opportunities, ideas, platforms, etc.
  • Professional experience in or personal passion for sports and entertainment a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows.
