Purpose:  

As a member of the Reebok DBC team you work closely with different internal/ external partners to support the development, execution and progress of all paid social efforts for Reebok.com. You will play a pivotal role as we look to aggressively grow our eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with marketing teams and Business Units to plan, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies across paid social channels.

Build successful paid social demand and acquisition campaigns focusing on audience, product, and placement targets to drive channel efficiency and volume

Strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve eCommerce revenue and ROAS goals through retargeting, prospecting and acquisition.

Partner with Reebok’s automated marketing platform to mine audience insights and create audience segmentation strategies

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement as well as provide daily performance checks

Manages the paid social budget allocations and forecasts, while reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly on spend and performance.

Manage external agency to delivery campaign overview, optimizations, audience strategy and budget and track progress on execution across all channels.

Report on key performance metrics to optimize campaigns; share with internal stakeholders; influence budget allocation; and influence creative decisions

Challenge the status quo and drive innovation, inclusive of new creative formats, technologies, tracking, and media formats.

Provide POV on new social platforms and create businesses cases for testing opportunities

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Understanding of various KPI’s and targets like CPA/CPL/ROAS/ROI/LTV.

Build successful paid social acquisition campaigns focusing on audience, product, and placement targets to drive channel efficiency and volume

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement as well as provide daily performance checks

Proven ability to A/B test ads & landing pages and key factors in optimization.

Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels, with proven success at developing integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution

Up to speed on major industry trends, best practices and online tools

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibilities with minimal direction

Technical experience with HTML and eCommerce platforms (ex. Demandware) a plus

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to become deeply invested in our products and direction of the brand

Excel power user

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, mathematics, finance or related field

4+ years of experience in Paid Social Marketing, preferably with a B2C eCommerce brand

Proficient in Google Analytics and Omniture

Understanding of Facebook bid optimizers and pixel configuration
